How To Create This Swordfish Art Project
Download the free swordfish template.
Print the swordfish template using white for the eyes, red for the body, green, and yellow for the tail and face. This is optional, you could choose other colors if you please.
Cut out the swordfish pieces including the long sword fish nose, the fins, and the eyes. Begin to assemble your Swordfish and glue the pieced together.
You can add your swordfish craft onto another piece of cardstock or hang him onto an ocean themed classroom display.
This is great fun under the sea craft idea and I can imagine making a whole ton of super cute colored rainbow swordfish!
How To Create A Watercolor Background For Your Ocean Animal Crafts
You can make a watercolor background for your Swordfish art project. Simply grab some paper and paint it using your ocean colored blue paint.
Leave your blue watercolor background to dry and once ready, mount your fish and sea creatures to the paper.
Print and cut out some bubbles to create an extra effect of simply grab a black pen to draw some bubbles onto your scene.

Team up this easy ocean themed craft for kids with these fun facts about swordfish to take it up a notch!
- Swordfish are one of the largest fishes that live in oceans.
- They have a long and flat bill that is very sharp, which they use to slice their prey in half.
- They can swim very fast.
- Female swordfish are larger than male swordfish.
- Most swordfish tend to swim alone- not together with other fishes.
- They eat mostly at night.
Add the ground beef, diced onion and minced garlic to the instant pot insert.
Press saute and brown the meat (IF the mixture sticks, add a little bit of olive oil)
Once the meat is cooked through, add in the homemade taco seasoning.
Drain the grease from the meat if needed.
Add in the chicken broth, salsa and noodles and stir to combine the ingredients.
Place the lid on the instant pot and seal it shut.
Press manual and set the time to 5 minutes keeping the vent closed.
Once the cycle ends carefully vent the instant pot.
Once the instant pot is done venting carefully remove the lid.
Stir in the 2 cups of shredded cheese until melted and serve immediately.
Garnish with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese and other taco garnishes.
