Super Heroes Party Featuring House of Party

super heroes party

On Saturday Sylvia had her Super Heroes Birthday Party as she is turning eight this week. Last year we had a princess party theme and this year Sylvia chose to do a super heroes theme. We had a lot of planning to do and got some brilliant party products from House of Party a one stop shop for party and special occasions.

Super Heroes Party

For our Super Hero themed party we got some fantastic items from a newly designed range called “WOW”. We got some red and yellow table clothes, Party plates, cups, paper lanterns, napkins, party bags, cartons balloons and stars.

Super Heroes Party

We had the party in a hall at our local village. Our lounge is tiny and as we don’t have a dining room that Sylvia friends could fit in we opted to hire a small hall with plenty of space to run around.

Super Heroes Party

We prepared the food early on the day of the party and I had help from friends to physically set up the decorations, food and supplies. We made our own party food which was a great budget saver.

Super Heroes Party

The children had a fantastic time and the House of Party supplies were a real hit. I really loved the balloons which had onomatopoeia words like Boom, Bang, wow, the kind of words you’d see in a super heroes magazine. The balloons looked fantastic and so did the whole set up. I was really pleased.

Super Heroes Party

I loved the wow theme colours, yellow, red and blue, they went well with the games and other decorations we made. We got some fantastic polka dot party bags which looked really great and were just the right size.

Super Heroes Party

Sylvia’s birthday was full of fun and a fantastic day for her. I’m glad we put in the effort to make it special as 8 is an important age in our family.

Super Heroes Party

I’m looking forward to sharing more ideas on the blog, the activities and games we played and more ideas on Super Hero Themed Parties. The Pug cake was a huge hit too and Sylvia had an amazing time.

We were gifted the party supplies in return for this blog post.
