Last night Sylvia needed something to take her mind off her SATS exams and so we got out her box of So Slime DIY which we were sent to review here on The Inspiration Edit.
Sylvia is a huge fan of making slime. In fact, in the summer holidays last year I would find slime everywhere, in tubs, containers, in the bathroom and kitchen.
We had to make a few rules but needless to say, making slime in the home has become very popular!
SO SLIME DIY KIT
We were sent a SO SLIME DIY kit to review. The box had 3 colour-changing slime pots. The first pot was blue, one pink and one purple.
Each pot had non toxic slime ingredients, glitter and acute little surprise toy to place in the slime.
Sylvia had slime mixing the slime mixture and glitter and followed the instructions by adding water at the end.
The activity was not too messy, yes we got glitter on the side but the slime making activity was pretty fun and my daughter had a fantastic time mixing up her slime.
I do like that the SO SLIME DIY product is non toxic. That is important to use. There is no glue in the pack which is brilliant as blue can get way more messier than a sprinkle of glitter on the side.
After leaving the slime to set, Sylvia’s SO Slime was ready to play with. She had a few toys hidden in her slime packs and enjoyed playing with the finished product.
I do like that the slime kit has containers to keep the slime in and from experience the slime will last around a week or longer before it needs replacing.
We had a great time testing out this slime making product and Sylvia gave it an 8 out of 10!
