Munchy Seeds Review And Giveaway
This week Sylvia and I have been testing out Munchy Seeds sachets which are a great snack option that can be used in lots of different ways. We were sent 4 packets of the Salted Caramel Roasted Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds and they taste really good.
We have been making a list of tasty superfoods as we are trying to pack more nutrition into our diet. Munchy seeds are a great source of nutrition and full of Fibre, Vitamin E, iron, Zinc and Magnesium. They also are a great source of protein which can help stop you snacking on less healthy foods during the day.
The Salted Caramel Munchy Seeds are great on their own but I think they taste great sprinkled over greek yoghurt. You can also use these seeds on your porridge, sprinkled over a dessert, ice cream or fruit salad.
Munchy Seeds are great for vegans, vegetarians and Coeliacs. They have no artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives and less than 140 calories per bag.
