How to Paint a Dog on a Stone

Begin by drawing your dog and bone onto the rock stone. The lighter the stone the better.

If you do have a darker stone like I had then it is a good idea to go over the outline with a white posca pen.

This will help with the design.

Next I coloured in the dogs face with a peachy coloured posca pen.

I then painted the dog bone white with my white posca pen.

The next step is to add a black nose and mouth to your dog’s character.

Colour the dog’s eye with brown paint.

Add colour to the dogs ears for extra detail.

Draw and outline the dog using a thin black posca pen.

Finally add Glitter to your dogs ears and anywhere else you would like and your dog rock painting is done.

  • Glitter Glue
  • Posca Pens/Colored Markers

Instructions
