The Benefits of Lavender

Lavender is revered for its calming, soothing, and relaxing properties. I love the relaxing scent of Lavender essential oil and it is great for adding to soaps and homemade natural products.

You can also apply Lavender to your temples and back of the neck to enjoy its relaxing aroma and help melt away feelings of stress or tension. Lavender is great for helping kids to sleep. We sometimes mix lavender oil with water and spritz it on the bedding and sheets before my child sleeps.

Lavender is great for the soles of the feet, for adding to the bath salts and for simple rest and relaxation.
