Last month I was contacted by Petplan Pet Insurance to take part in a fantastic campaign which involved Sylvia designing her own dream pet and Petplan transforming her design into a fantastic soft toy.

Being a lover of Dogs, Sylvia decided to draw Yoda her own dog and give him a lovely purple and green jumper with a dicky bow. We own two dogs Yoda and Casper and I was not surprised that she chose to create a dog.

When her new soft toy arrived Sylvia was super excited. She was really pleased and her new dog had all the features from her art work.

The dog created by Petplan is really lovely and now has a permanent place on Sylvia’s bed. Sylvia looks after her soft toy dog really well and I try to look after our dogs well. In fact we have always had dog insurance for our dogs and having a plan in place gives us peace of mind if anything should ever happen to our beloved Bichon Dogs. They mean the world to me and I love them to bits.

Taking part in this campaign has been super fun and we are really pleased with the dog. Thanks Petplan for making Sylvia’s art into a wonderful soft toy.

*This post has been possible thanks to Petplan but all thoughts are my own.

  1. How special is a stuffed animal made after your own creation! My grandchildren would love this idea. I think dog or pet insurance is a grand idea for those just incase times. Vet bills can be outrageously expensive not to mention the end of life expenses.

    1. oh I agree. Vet bills can be crazy at times. We are lucky we have never had to use ours. The soft toys is super adorable! I agree.

  2. It would be so nice for the kids to design their own toy! I love it. And the toy turned out really cute. I think it’s awesome that you’re sharing this, it’s something that my daughter will love.

  3. That is a lovely idea! Having a cute stuffed toy from one’s drawing makes it more special. And I agree about the pet insurance. It will give us peace of mind if have that.

  4. Awww .. what cute little guy! So fun that she was able to design him just as she’d like with his big floppy ears and striped sweater. Did she give him a name? x
