Literally anything that you want. This is what makes nachos so much fun. Add in some jalapeños for some heat or leave them as they are per the recipe below. However you want to make up these tasty nachos is totally up to you.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR sheet pan nachos
- 1 bag kettle chips
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped (approximately 4 strips)
- 6 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 3-4 green spring onions, diced

Set oven to broil. This is called grill in the UK. Cook your bacon and then chop your ingredients into small pieces.
Spread the kettle chips out in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
Evenly distribute the chopped tomatoes over the sheet pan and chips.
Next add the chopped bacon, crumbled blue cheese.
Finally add the green spring onion.
Place in oven and broil for 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
